A little upset. I was a little late with a payment due to how my paycheck aligned with bills. Went to go pay the bill and access my unit since I was passing by and today was payday.... gate wouldn't open. Said "see manager". Went to see manager....not there. Thought, I'll pay through the online portal as I NEED something in my unit. Bill went up $25+ AND had to pay a late fee!!! Had to pay it because I needed something. The gate let me in and when I pulled got to my unit? Redlocked. Can't get in. NOW I have to make a separate trip in just to get something...which will cost me even mo…

Highly recommend, safe conveniently located storage, nice clean facility, and affordable pricing. Dealt with Josh, who was very helpful and courteous. They have earned a lifelong customer here, this will always be my go to storage option!

Some hallway access doors use old style door knob without lever, so takes a very strong grip to open after entering code. May take several tries since code only works on one turn attempt.

Northwest Self Sorage has always been professional, courteous and accommodating. Personal shout out to Josh who has shown exemplary efforts always. Notifications, phone calls, texts, you name it he does it. Always happy and professional on the phone and has worked with me in multiple situations. I recommend this storage facility to all and if you work with Josh you'll be appreciative. Thanks guys for all you do

Josh went above and beyond for me to make sure I had enough time to clear out my unit. He worked with me the whole time even when out of the office, coordinating with the others to make sure I was taken care of. 5 star service!
