The storage facility is clean and well maintained. Friendly service at the front desk. My lease was easy and it was very very affordable , the unit was clean and spacious and well lit i haven't had any problems at all. I highly recommend Northwest self storage to anybody who is looking to keep their belongings safe, and secure and with a quick and easy process of moving in. I would definitely rent here again.

The place is great for your storage needs. I loved that the place was secured and the staff was pleasant. I wanted to give a special thank you to Saoirse for his kindness and making our stay great. If you see him in the office please say hello. Today was our last day because after years of being with this company we had to find another storage place due to the continuous increase rates. We found a place a minute away.

I had to move my things into storage during a really difficult life transition and showed up to NSA feeling completely drained. Saoirse at NSA made the whole process simple—he explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and treated me with real compassion. To boot, on move-in day I had to upgrade to a larger unit, and Saoirse made the switch happen right away. I genuinely appreciated his help and how much emotional weight he took off my shoulders that day. Also—his name is pronounced “Seer-sha.” And the meaning, “freedom,” felt especially fitting given the chapter I’m entering.

My best storage experience yet, and I have had more than my share. Friendly staff, a very clean facility, right after leaving a different storage facility for another company that was infested with rats. My stuff is safe here and it wasn’t elsewhere.
