I asked if they could pack a large picture frame and a large mirror in specialty mirror boxes. They are important, so I wanted extra protection. They said yes, only wrap the picture with cardboard and tape. A mover brought a stack of boxes into my new space, two rows stacked 3 or 4 boxes high. Each box had red fragile stickers on the top on each side. He tipped them off the dolly and walked away leaving them swaying. I had to wrap my arms around the whole stack to keep them all from falling. Multiple pieces of furniture were scratched, some quite badly. Unfortunately, this included scratche…

The All My Sons Team showed up on time— They were fast, friendly, and fun. But more importantly they were careful and gentle with our stuff. Taping, sealing, packing, securing and carrying everything to and from the truck and even disassembling large pieces and putting them back together at our new home (from a photo they had taken to do it right!). We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience and we felt completely taken care of knowing our entire home was being moved with professionalism and care. 5 Stars. These guys are the best.

Marcos and crew were prompt and incredibly friendly! They made our big moving day such a pleasant experience. We appreciated their professionalism and super hard work!

Portland branch, 2 employees gave great service, Jay and Joseph. They were kind and professional from beginning to end. I think they did good for those 2 hours. Nothing was broken, and they even wrapped my mattress with plastic. I would recommend these 2 employees to others. I just wish I had the extra money to give them a $50 tip for being so kind.

I almost never write reviews, but feel obligated to share to save you the headache. I booked All My Sons for a two-day move and they showed up FOUR HOURS LATE, which caused massive delays for our cross country move. The only “notice” I got was because I called them, 30 minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive(12pm). They told us 2pm, then 4pm. When they finally got there, the movers themselves said they’d only heard about the job an hour or so before. We had a hard stop at 5pm, so we ended up with maybe 45 minutes to actually move.
