I was very skeptical when hiring a moving company as I constantly Had brokers trying to sell moving services. Gentle John, was the perfect moving company for us? The people who performed the move far exceeded expectations. We had Alex Bill and Jason. They were relentless in getting the job done well. They were kind and listened to the Customer. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. They were tremendous And then I never once lost a box cutter like I do every 10 minutes

Alex and Luis were the best top notch movers I have ever had the pleasure of moving my belongings. They were so professional, so friendly, sociable, and took great care in moving our belongings. Not one scratch or broken item. They were there on time. Moved everything in record time. So strong, I was so impressed and totally satisfied with them both. They were completely done at 3 hours. Gentle John’s was exactly what I needed during a really hard life transition—and they truly lived up to their name. Andy in the office scheduled everything smoothly, and Nick in operations went above and beyond—after I admitted I was an emotional mess, he made sure to send a crew that would be compassionate. He absolutely nailed it. Reggie and Cayleb were kind, respectful, and incredibly efficient. What took me days to pack up, they completely moved in about 3 hours—fast, careful, and professional the entire time. I’m truly grateful and would recommend them without hesitation.

Amazing service. The owner himself booked my move. Dedication. Got me a great time on short notice. Luis and Martine did an amazing job. Fair price. Exactly what I was quoted. Nick was also very curtious and informational when I had a question about the move. Thank you John for sincerly caring about my move. I expected 3 hrs, did it in less than 2.

Reggie and Jason were RockStars! Drove from Claksmas all the way out to Seaside to get my move done and last minute. All my items were very secure and taken care of. Super kind and hard workers. I would hire these two again.
