I had a great experience with Storage Solutions of Salem. The storage units are very spacious with high ceilings, which makes a huge difference when storing a lot of items. Everything looks new, well-maintained, and very clean. The entire facility feels secure and very well organized. One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to access the units. The driveway is wide, and the streets around the storage buildings are also very spacious—large enough to easily accommodate even the biggest moving trucks. The Storage site was always clean and dry, easily accessible, and the entrance/exit process is very secure. The best part about Storage Solutions is the excellent customer service. Penny G was always accessible, and whenever I had a question, I received a quick response with options of email and phone. It's not always easy in our current social environment to actually speak with a person, so I was impressed and happy that she was so responsive. I highly recommend Storage Solutions Salem!

All went smoothly until I had to down size to get everything to fit in the new unit. I had all intentions to place empty containers and cardboard in the dumpster but after I finished I saw no dumpsters and had no solution or resources to discard/dispose of it so I had to leave it. I apologized but employee made me feel shamed for leaving it and quite bothered to have to deal with it, not a pleasant experience at all and put a damper on my birthday day. I had to remind myself that she was possibly having a bad day and I didn’t make it better.

Was directed to the storage facility, super bubbly and friendly gal, Penny. She was right on spot with her recommendations for unit size. Walked us around and got us in right away with a smoking hot move in special. So pleased. Thanks Penny for taking good good of my stuff. You Rock!!!

Exceptionally clean, secure, and management is helpful and friendly. I showed up at the wrong storage company. Penny was helpful and friendly. So, when the other company left me hanging, Penny immediately got me in. They have a special going on right now. Check them out.
