I love this storage place. Susan has been absolutely amazing. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her for the last couple years. I have recommended this place to my sister which she did rent from there my daughter as well. I will continue to recommend this place cause it is awesome and the prices are perfect and, your company is a godsend. Susan is amazing. I love her honestly if she wasn’t there wouldn’t go back.

I have been looking for a storage unit online that was a decent price and came across Northwest Self Storage. The price was low, the business was good and the unit was clean. The website was easy to navigate and make a reservation for the size of unit that I needed. Upon arrival was greeted by friendly and professional staff eager to help. The paperwork is a breeze. Locks are new in package as well as other supplies are on site and available for purchase. Given personal gate code and had zero issues with access. Gate works well without hesitation and property is well protected with cameras as well.
