Hire at your own risk. I hired this company to do a move for me and ended up with a scratched treadmill and a big streak of paint on back of my sofa. I called their local franchise located in Coplay pa. I spoke to their manager Mark about the damages and he told me that they won't pay to get it fixed and went on telling me a story that had nothing to do with my damages basically trying to talk his way out of it and telling me that if I send him the pictures of the damages that he will fire their Movers for lying cuz mark asked his movers about the damages and they deny any damages done to my c…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They were unprofessional throughout the process and ultimately canceled my appointment, leaving me in limbo without clear communication or a timely resolution. There was a lack of organization and accountability, and I did not feel like my time was respected. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I would expect from a professional service provider. I hope they improve their communication and scheduling practices going forward.

The two young men arrived on time, worked quickly & were very respectful. Chris & Josh were friendly and helped me immensely. Communication with the company & movers went smoothly. The cost was worth it, as I could not move furniture by myself. I would like to suggest that the company provide workers with straps and work gloves for the winter. I thank you for doing a great job!

What a great experience! I needed several items removed: a heavy L shaped sofa bed, A huge cat tower, A hutch and a small kitchen wood tower. crew came on time was very efficient and it was at a great price.
