The price beats the competition, but the best part was the friendliness, flexibility, and overall customer service shown by the entire UNITS team. If I ever had to store anything long-term again, they would be the only number that I would call. Terry and Brian were great.

This was hands down the easiest and best solution to moving. I lived in the city and after calling many options, UNITS was the only company who could navigate my tight driveway in the city. They delivered the unit with perfect precision, then moved it to our new house on settlement day, and picked up the empty unit a week later. Besides how convenient this was to lessen the stress of moving, Joe and Mike were so easy to work with and care about their customers. I will never look to a national portable storage brand again - these guys are it!

Absolutely LOVE this company! After a horrendous experience with POD storage I called UNITS and Joe was very helpful from the start. He came and placed my unit exactly where I wanted it in the yard. Instead of telling me no he would not place it on the grass like the other company, he was transparent in explaining what he would/would not be able to do in terms of placing the unit. Pricing was better than the other company as well. You can tell he really cares about his customers experience. Will definitely be using and recommending them for any future moves!

Terry and the UNITS Mobile Storage staff were great to work with. We had a very difficult move and Terry accommodated my multiple phone calls and pick-up change requests without missing a beat. Very easy to work with, friendly, courteous staff. The Units themselves were easy to pack and kept sound things dry. I hope to not move again for a long time, but if I ever need to I would absolutely use this team again.

This was my first time using UNITS, and I could not have been happier. I initially called a larger, well known company, but they were very expensive and would not have been able to deliver the containers to my new house on the day I wanted them to.
