Jeff took me thru setup process and it was super smooth and fast!! The location I use at New Danville Pike is very accessible for me and a very well maintained location. Controlled access is really nice knowing your stored items are secured.

Units are clean and well maintained. The parking lot and road is a little cramped but in good condition. There is only one gate but it is a small facility. The indoor units are shorter. I rarely interact with the employees but they are always helpful and polite when I do.The biggest problem is the frequency of rent increases. Outside of the introductory price increase, rent increased twice in a year for a total of almost $40 increase for the smallest outdoor unit. I'm not sure if it was the ownership change over from MooveIn to Istorage or if this is just their normal operating price increase…
