I was impressed with this company from the beginning when a nice, young woman answered the phone and not an AI bot or someone overseas with a language barrier. Getting a quote with Suburban Solutions was much easier than the other moving companies. Other companies wanted you to do a video walk through or have someone come out. With Suburban, we just went over the inventory, unit size and floors. The price was very fair and competitive, let a lone much more affordable than the bigger moving companies in Philly. Kevin, Bobby, Patrick, Jo, and Breanna answered all of my questions quickly and with patience. We’ve used Suburban Solutions several times now for our large and small (our kids apartments) moves. Always impressed. The staff are fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, very team driven. They work together to make most efficient move, while catching details and making sure everything is protected. They have dealt well some of the various onsite challenges too. They really take the stress out of moving.

3 of the movers with Suburban Solutions came to help me move within Philadelphia. They had no issues getting the truck parked (which can be hard sometimes) and were very quick with the move while also being cautious of my belongings! They got the move done way quicker than expected and were very personable and helpful in getting everything where it needed to be in the new place would definitely use this moving company again in the future!
