Absolute worst company there could possibly be. Three men showed up to empty a one bedroom apartment, which is what they were hired for, but they did not complete that job. They did not show up with any padded blankets or bubble wrap. They did not even show up with sufficient materials to pack or wrap any of the items. One man left to go get more materials and took almost 2 hours before he returned. They were taking entire stacks of glass plates and wrapping them with two or three pieces of paper instead of wrapping the plates individually to cushion them from breaking, which they all did…

We had a 3 man crew from Ace for a move and from the beginning, they had been attentive, responsive and respectful with their timing and responses to ensure that our needs were being met with this move. They accommodated pick up at a storage unit, brought additional moving blankets for delicate items, and not once did they complain or ask for anything. The men who helped us were gracious and easy to communicate with regarding day of logistical challenges and unexpected changes. We would highly recommend Ace Moving!

This was one of the best experiences I had with a moving company. I wasn't sure i wanted to use another company again after past bad experiences, but this company did an excellent job. The price was great and the movers themselves were fast and very careful with my belongings. I will definitely use them again!! Recommend 10/10

Bought our first house, a little brick row home off Penn Ave, and let me tell you those staircases were not designed for a modern couch. The crew stood there for a minute, measured, took the legs off, and somehow got it up there. They also put our bed frame and the kids' bunk beds back together without me having to dig out the instructions, which saved my whole evening.

Ace Moving was fantastic! Communication was excellent, the movers were professional and courteous, and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.
