great company on time no delays i forgot to call for pick up you know moving is crazy but i called morning of and they put me on the pick up list right away cubes were picked up within 2 hours of my call also i had ordered only one cube but i realized i needed a 2nd it was delivered within a half hour of me ordering it highly recommend this company

Shipped a "Pod" from Bern Township, PA to a San Antonio TX suburb. They dropped pod off on Thursday....were willing to delay pickup until following Wednesday at no extra charge. Drop off/pickup were seamless. Very nice rep did the job. Pod went from Reading Thursday, to SA, Sunday. Delivered to drop off Tuesday. Empty Pod pickup is at user's discretion (in this case-might be different in busier season). The pod was extremely clean. Interior fixtures allowed easy rope stabilization of load. Company contacts helpful an pleasant, flexioble, communications at each end were superb. Wonder…

I highly highly recommend this company. The drivers were wonderful, friendly, accomadating and timely. I have used other companies in the past and using this company to move from Florida to Pennsylvania went so smoothly, I will only ever use U-Pack for all future needs. The price was better than any other company too. No games, no hidden fees, and fast. 10 out of 10!!

Upack is ABF freight first off. Second they don't keep appointment times at all. I was given 8-12pm for drop off had to call after 12pm to see where they were and dispatcher said that they would be here by 1pm. 1pm turned Into 1:45pm . Truck itself doesn't have enough tie-downs for cargo and lastly ramp to load catgo is too small and heavy pluus you have store ramp with you're cargo which takes up space which to me makes no sense at all

The personnel were pleasant to work with, especially the man who delivered and picked up our trailer. We only paid for the space we used so I didn't have to know exactly how much space we would fill before we filled it . It was easier than driving our own moving truck and cheaper too. I definately recommend upack
