Horrible experience $275 for 1 month. 5×5. . Scam after scam. Fee after fee. Manager is just rude, disrespectful to customers. Worst customer service. .BEWARE SCARY 😨

Great overall check in ! Storage units are all in doors and very clean.mark took care of my lease. The only thing I did not like was the extra fees and one time fee and insurance fees. But overall it was a great deal for the two months 50% off for the two months which was great .

Facility is clean and staff is friendly. Convenient and secure keypad entry to the facility, with personal security bolt on the unit itself. Waiting area is nice and there are plenty of hand trucks and dollies if you don't have your own. We were happy to get a space as it is limited, but we got lucky with the waiting list for the small 5x7.5" that we needed for temporary storage.

Mark answered my phone messages very promptly. He was friendly but professional. The facility is clean and I was happy to see equipment to bring my items from the car to my unit.

Looked for a storage facility that was close and easy to deal with and found Storage Sense and from day 1 it has been an easy and simple process. I ended up needing 3 storage units and the manager, Mark, was able to get me some special deals to lower my start up costs and made me feel like I was just as important as anyone at Storage Sense. I will be combining my units eventually as I move stuff out but as long as I am in the area I will use them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
