Very professional team that genuinely cares about their customers. Chris helped me resolve an issue with a one-way rental after the return location failed to process my vehicle return, which resulted in additional charges and records showing the rental had never been returned. He personally continued following up with the other location, which was reluctant to correct their mistake. Overall, a great team and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Actually zero stars. Uhaul gave me 12 hours notice that they would not be fulfilling my reservation and instead changed me to a 10’ truck. I was backed against the wall, had movers coming in the morning, so I had no choice. I already knew from my previous move not everything would fit in the 10’ so I realized I would now be turning a single 2.5 hour drive into multiple back and forths, costing me a small fortune in gas and mileage. I was informed while picking up the truck that since mileage was $1 a mile, it would be better to pay up front for extra mileage. That anything I didn’t use would…

The procedure for collecting and using a vehicle now is so simple and excellent to use. Safe guards you against anyone trying to trick you on mileage or fuel etc. This location has everything you ever need, there was 3 ppl behind the desk and so no wait, I walked in with no reservation or anything and within 30 mins they had me on the road with my needs met. Great team effort to get me set up esp. with having a drivers license from a different country, they did what they needed to and it worked out excellent. Thanks.

I came in towards closing and I was so stressed I didn’t even catch her name but she made sure to get me my rental even though it was closing time! She saved all my fish and corals from dying!!!
