DO NOT RENT U-HAUL FROM THIS PLACE. I've been here for more than 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the keys to my rental. The truck has the numbers that identify that is the truck assigned to my rental but the keys are nowhere to be found. The manager doesn't answer the phone and I was told by a nearby business owner that this is an ongoing thing. The manager is never on-site and that a lot of people have had to rent from other place and deal with the cancellation of this rental. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DON'T RENT FROM HERE.

The onsite manager, Anthony is awesome! He explained the rental process with detail, answered all of my questions and even followed up with a phone call. Superb customer service and friendly voice on the phone. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you, Anthony.

Awesome experience! Boyfriend and I are moving to NC for awhile and we needed a place to store some of our belongings. Facility is extremely well kept and the controlled temp is a plus! Manager was extremely nice and an all around friendly and sweet guy! Move in was smooth and the prices are great!!!! 10/10 recommend!

Exceptional customer service. The name of the gentleman who helped me was Anthony. He was very clear on all information, gave me a tour, even showed me how to properly use the lock I was struggling with. The office space and all throughout the facility was very clean with little details added For customers like candies, coffee, and water. Truly an asset to your company. Thank you again!
