The unit all stay very dry. The staff is fantastic to work with they go out of their way to make things convenient for you.. The units are really nice the whole area as well kept you can tell they take pride in the property. Rates are very reasonable as well. I would recommend this unit to anybody even if it means driving a little further it’s worth it!

Good experience. Great staff, great facility however the price and the fluctuation of the price could be better in my opinion,not to mention the late fee tax and the constant increase in monthly dues. For such a big chain I feel they could probably do better on the pricing but again that's just my opinion. The staff was very understanding and considerate which made the experience easier. The late reminder call was beneficial and they definitely knew their business. I would probably give them a 3.7-3.8 rating if it was an option but I give them a 3 because that's the closer available rating. I…

Couldn't be more happy with my experience with Dave, he was honest, he streamlined the entire process but above all, he was human and I appreciate the conversations we have had thus far and I can't say enough about how good at his job he truly is. Above all though it's Dave as a person and how nice it is to know there's still some really good people out there. Jim, was also great! He broke everything down to me as well and was a pleasure to work with too. 10 Stars!!!

Extra Space playing games again. Have been a customer for yrs. never have I gotten a 100% increase after 3 mos. Unfortunately will have to close my unit again. Quick google search tells you all you need to know about their deceptive pricing practices. Maybe they need another class action locally. Not sure who "the owner" is that responded. Spoke to corporate and they weren't concerned enough. Some clown spouting nonsense on the other end of the line.
