I've used this location multiple times. Never had an issue. I've used the app mostly to rent. But when I did use the service inside, everything went smoothly. In and out. My most recent rental though, the uhaul smelled disgusting. Horrible smell of cigarettes. Not something you want to spend traveling over 60 miles with.

Booked my rental, picked up my truck and completed my trip to the consignment store in Waltham, Mass. Returned the truck before 4:00 PM and was out in less than 2 minutes after arriving! Love the team at this location. Responsive, professional and helpful

It’s a U-Haul. Got a trailer to help move my son. It was off trail and dog legged so bad. Had to redo the way they!!! Put it on my truck. Other than that. If you want to be safe. Check their work.

When I returned to the East Providence facility to pick up the auto transport around 5PM, please commend and recognize Allen for a job well done setting up and training another employee (Jonathan) how to set up the auto transport (to the truck). Allen took his time to ensure that Jonathan understood every step. The wait was much longer than expected but I sincerely appreciate Allen’s responsibility to affirm the safety as number 1 priority for the customers. Michael Baer Pawtucket, RI

Very Nice people have everything I asked for Storage had boxes propane for my grill also hitches so we can pull are camper
