This was my first time using a pod moving service and UPack was great to work with. Reasonable price, very communicative. As far as my research went, this was the only company that, at a fee, offered a guarantee delivery day. For me, that was vital. Would recommend and use again.

We used U-Pack for our move across the country. We hired movers that were not associated with U-Pack for loading and unloading our containers. It was much cheaper than using a full service moving company. We were very happy with U-Pack. The containers were delivered when we requested them and picked up the day we requested. We ended up moving to a different location (about 1 hour from our previous location). They moved our containers to a different facility to be delivered for a very reasonable price. This terminal for UPack is amazing. We had some hiccups with our move, but these guys were on it ASAP. They also were funny and personable. We have moved 7 times in 10 years, so we have interacted with a lot of moving crews/companies, and these guys easily take the cake for best customer interaction/service. They provided some comedic relief to my husband and I during our chaotic move. 10/10!

We used upack for a cross-country move and they were great. They explained everything in detail, followed up with great paperwork, and then delivered as promised. As requested they showed up with 2 containers. When everything fit in one, we were only charged for one. We shipped a lot of breakables and they were fine. We used the storage option and that went smoothly. During this pandemic self-service is great.

Amazing experience. Moved from MA to NC without any problems. Picked up on a Monday and the truck arrived in NC on Wednesday. Price quoted was exactly what we paid and everyone I talked with was wonderful. Very helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone moving.
