Jasmynn at the location on Concord St in Pawtucket was very helpful and made the sign up super easy. She went above and beyond to help me pick the right size unit as well as she had to make a repair to the locking mechanism on the unit as the prior tenant had damaged it. I told her I had hopes of storing items there the same day I signed up and she fixed the locking mechanism same day and cleaned out the unit within the hour of me first arriving. I am very pleased and will definitely refer people to this facility.

5/5 stars for the amazing team of jasmynn and x! It is rare to get such personalized service at a storage facility. They were both amazing and friendly and very professional, welcoming, and made the whole rental process smooth and easy. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the customers, THANK YOU both for a great experience.

The girls in the office were supportive and so helpful. They treated me like family and were present to not only shovel but in lock the unit and give me a great head way about using the unit the times they were open and helped me download the app. They weren't Soo kind

Went in the office because I needed a bigger unit I have to say the ladies in the office are always helpful and make sure we are well taking care of there hasn’t been a time I haven’t seen Jasmyn and X go above and beyond for there customers you guys have great friendly staff that always make it better here on concord st
