On 2/12/26, I believe it was Andy that assisted me in viewing a unit I reserved online and helped me through the payment process - and explained in detail what to expect. He was extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. In comparison to other CubeSmart storage facilities I’ve viewed before renting, I felt I could trust this location based on the interaction I had with Andy. I walked in to the office looking to find a storage unit , Indy at the front desk greeted me.He was friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process and made it very easy for me to rent the unit.we went out to take a look to make sure it would be big enough to store my stuff Indy was very help he even helped me download the app to get in and out of the gate . They have a repeat customer for life .

Loved my climate controlled unit. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to a layoff. Mark made it insanely easy and quick to cancel. He was very professional, kind, and had chill vibes. Gonna come back once I get another job if Mark if still there as he made it better than my last storage unit place. Mark deserves a raise too imo
