  Gentle Giant lives up to its name — and its outstanding reputation. They delivered exceptional service every step of the way, consistently going above and beyond. No task was too big. No ask was too small. They were patient, thoughtful, careful and extraordinarily hardworking. We have used Gentle Giant 8 or 9 times before.. And we are always impressed by the quality of their work, their diligence, and their thoroughness. Deep gratitude to Chuck, Caleb, Owen, Saj, Eoin, Justin, and Zach for taking such good care of our furniture—and us—during this move.

  We had 2 moves this week and used Gentle Giant for both. I had 2 different crews and both moves went fantastic. I highly recommend them. 10/10. The crews were SO polite, efficient, helpful and professional. They truly wanted our moves to go smoothly and were patient and helpful all day long. I can’t thank these guys enough and recommend them wholeheartedly. A big thank you to Michael, Ed and Eddie from the Boston area. And Lukas, Connor, Antonio, Jayden, Patrick and Christian from the Providence/Boston areas. A big and grateful thank you!

  My moving crew showed up on time and ready to work. They took great care with my belongings. I packed most of my things in boxes before they arrived. The crew was very polite and communicated well throughout the entire process. I would recommend to anyone in need of moving services.

  Hello, Mr. O'Toole, On Friday I had the pleasure of working with your employees, Shane, Aiden and Sarunas. I have been in Customer Service Management for 30 years and all I can say is WOW.! All three of these employees were polite, professional and very concerned about the way they treated my belongings. They paid attention to detail, checked to make sure all items were accounted for and delivered. They should all be recognized for a fantastic job. I highly recommend that you recognize each of them for their stellar approach to the job. Kudos to you and your company and the fine employees…

  We have moved with Gentle Giant twice in one year. Both slightly complicated moves that were stressful. They were incredibly professional, organized, and timely. The team was so thoughtful and seemed to care about how we, as the moving family, were doing. NOTHING was broken, which is the first time that has ever happened to us with a move. They even had good insight into furniture placement in our new place! They truly seemed like they cared for the client and their spaces. I would never move with any other company.
