We recently needed to switch storage units and rent an additional one, and the whole process could not have been easier. The team at CubeSmart was friendly, efficient, and completely on top of things from the moment we walked in. They helped us find the right size units, handled the paperwork quickly, and made the transition from one unit to another absolutely seamless. It’s rare these days to find a place that makes something as tedious as storage feel simple, but they did just that — and with smiles all around. Great service, clean facility, and genuinely helpful people. Highly recommended!

The staff person Anne at the Narragansett location was amazing. She was warm, patient, and made sure I was completely comfortable during a stressful move. She truly went above and beyond showing me around the property and explaining my unit. My only negative experience came from a staff member from the Wakefield location who came to this site and made an uncalled for comment during move in. If I hadn’t been on a tight turnaround and heading back out of state, I honestly would have looked for another storage company. HORRIBLE Thankfully, Anne at this location turned everything around. Joanne greeted me and sat down w/me to educate me about the storage space experience. Her kind, Informative details made my experience very comfortable and I will be a customer. She explained and asking me all the questions needed to selection the best unit for my situation. It was truly professional and upon leaving she share about all the packing materials I could by at the storage facility. Thanks Joanne for making this an easy decision.

Anne, the manager at Cubesmart in Narragansett, is helpful, kind, and very pleasant to interact with. I called her on the date my full payment was due, she was very knowledgeable about Cubesmart policy and helped me save money. I wanted to move my belongings out and she was able to prorate my payment, saving me a significant amount this way. Anne at Cubesmart in Narragansett is friendly and professional, thank you Anne!

Joanne was fantastic. She took the time to answer our questions and didn’t apply any high pressure selling tactics that we experienced at a competitor. High praise for that alone in our book!
