The person who took care of me at your store, Derek, was incredibly helpful and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend both him and the store to anyone. TERRIBLE experience with hitch installation- it took far longer than they promised and more importantly, it was done incorrectly in 2 very important ways: 1. they snipped the wire when going from a 4-pin to 7, which made it unusable. 2. they 'mounted' to a plastic piece on my car which failed before I even got home so it was hanging & dragging. Do yourself a favor and go to the TF Green location- those guys are excellent

Had a really positive experience renting a truck here! The staff was super helpful and friendly, making the process quick and easy. The truck was clean and in great condition, which made our move a lot smoother.

Both the person who assisted at pickup and the person at drop off were excellent and helpful. At pickup I had originally planned for a trailer but my lights receptacle wasn't working so the gentleman quickly helped get me into a nice 10 foot box truck instead. I plan on coming back to have my lighting fixed and do business here again when needed.

This was my second hitch installation at this location. I had one done last year and the experience between the two was night and day. First time was great. Clear information given, the process was explained top to bottom,the tech had a great personality and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. That’s what brought me back to get a new hitch put on a new car. Sadly this time didn’t start off right and I should have bailed then. Appointment was made online via the U-Haul app for Monday the 18th a week ahead of time. On the following Friday I get a call from a tech (didn’t provide a name…
