Like several other reviewers, I actually called Mi-Box after having a negative experience with their national competitor, whose online reservation as well as phone service couldn't get around the fact I have an obscure zip code in RI. I'm glad that happened though, because Mi-Box is a fantastic local company and everyone there has been a pleasure to work with!! The reservation process was easy and Adrienne was so nice. Had my box in their yard for almost a year, spent nearly 4k to house my belongings. I did have a few hiccups with billing & had to call to get things straightened out more than once, but ultimately the staff was helpful & always found resolution to my issues, my belongings were in perfect condition when i had them delivered and the drivers were outstanding, always helping me with whatever i needed & honestly just all around good people. I am giving MIbox a 5 star because they do deserve it, they took care at placing the box the way we asked and making sure not to damage the stone driveway. Then when moving it to the new location they even turned it to face a different way so that it made it easier for unloading. The drivers each time were very kind! Danielle who handles all the scheduling and billing was also very helpful each time I had called due to making changes to the dates and the size of the pod needed. Both the ordering and delivery was seamless. Our driver was able to drop the box perfectly next to cars and even shoveled out more snow to get it farther back for us. I would recommend them to anybody moving in the area!
