I had such a great experience at Prime Storage thanks to Miss Laura. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my belongings out without any extra charges, which meant a lot to me. Her kindness and understanding really stood out, and she treated me with genuine respect the whole time. On top of that, she offered me words of encouragement that I truly needed in that moment—it wasn’t just great customer service, it was real compassion. I had a great experience with Prime storage on Providence Street Woonsocket RI. I was able to do everything online. I received my entry code and was able to enter the facility with no issues. When you enter the large sliding doors, you will see the freight elevator directly in front of you. My unit was on the second floor so that was super convenient. We knew in advance that we had to supply our own round lock or we could buy one in their office. We chose to buy ours at UHaul where it was $5.00 cheaper. The move was seamless. Thank you Prime.

I really love the customer service here. Both Laura and Lindsey have been absolutely professional, personable, and attentive throughout my process. Very pleased with that and the pricing here, compared to another storage facility close by, saved me just shy of $85.00 a month! Plus Prime's units are all indoors!!
