After having the Greenville team load our truck and driving it myself to Charleston, we scheduled the unload (3rd floor but with an elevator) with Undergrads as well. Edward, Justice, and Ryan were here exactly on time, unloaded without damaging a single piece of property, and even finished under the original budgeted # of hours. Great group of guys who did a great job. Highly recommend this outfit if you need a load or unload crew.

JaQuavius and Brooks arrived exactly when they said they would, I gave them the rundown of what I needed moved and they got right to it. They took extra care with my items and made many trips with things up 3 flights of stairs. And they were courteous and kind, I would highly recommend these two. Overall, my experience was amazing. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Good luck with your studies guys! This company was super easy to book and they were the least expensive. GREAT experience with Indergrad movers! Quick turn around time, and very communicative and clear. Gabe and Dhanush were on time, and also gave me a heads up when they were 5 min away! They were friendly and very polite! We had my pieces of furniture moved within 15 min. I would highly recommend this company, not only are they professional they’re also helping pay these kids through school! 🙌🏽

So let me start off by saying I went with Undergrads Moving based on the many glowing 5 star reviews. Those in office, in charge of scheduling, ect were great. However my move experience was not great, and ended with damaged items. One of the two movers was almost 40 minutes late. Nobody called me to notify me. Only after I called Undergrads, after waiting for 30 minutes, was I told that he didn't realize the job was so far away and didn't leave with enough time. As far as the two guys themselves, they were really nice guys — but they did not seem well trained or well adept at their jobs. I…

The guys were quick to move our things but packed horribly. We have a small two bedroom townhouse and they packed the back of the moving truck so horribly we had to repack things ourselves. They left tons of dead space and weren’t careful with our things. At one point they were throwing pillows down the stairwell into the front yard.
