DO NOT USE! HIRE ANYBODY ELSE!!!! I Hired Undergrads Moving to move a bedroom set from our upstairs to downstairs. Four completely unknowledgeable, unexperienced and unequipped college kids showed up in four different random cars to perform the work. I showed them what we had and asked what they needed from me. Nothing...so they went to work. After 2 hours they came to report they could not do it and they had a "hiccup". In trying to move the furniture they tore up the our staircase walls, hardwood floors, railings and furniture. And Nothing got moved downstairs! The college kids directe…

They did lots of damage to my furniture. My floors . The 2 guys they sent were very hung over ! If it wasn’t due friends they would have totally destroyed my bedroom 2 sets of bedroom furniture. No help from the company to get things repaired. Sent many emails. Very heart breaking. How much damage was done . I had just my 2 sets of bedroom furniture and kitchen table. The other items was boxes and tubs , they did not put things in the rooms the boxes and tubs were clearly marked. My furniture floors and walls were damaged severely. These are just a few of the pictures.

Excellent experience with this company. They worked with me to find movers for my date in a short time frame. Caleb and Josh arrived a few minutes early and worked quickly to empty our storage unit and load the van. They unloaded at our location quickly and efficiently- checking exactly where each item should go. They maneuvered the small quirky stairs well and somehow managed to get both the queen bed frame and mattress upstairs with no issues. They were courteous and friendly and didn’t waste any time. They also watched the time and let us know that we still had extra time if we neede…

Damaged my wall, front door and sofa. Price quoted on site was $220. My credit card was charged $303.85. That was including a tip of $59.00 that I did not authorize, $16 for gas that I didn’t authorize and they quit 30 minutes early.

We had an amazing experience with Undergrads Moving! Great service for the price and great customer service. They did such a great job, they'll be moving us out of our unit again into our home in a few weeks. Dylan and Harris were so great during the moving, and handled all of our items with care!!!
