Staff was amazing was able to do what I needed to be done in a timely fashion. I was able to take care of my family matters and get things processed without any problems. I really think the managers there they were so helpful.

This U-Haul location is excellent. Colin was working solo when I came into the store and did a fantastic job directing to my truck and hitching up the trailer. He was incredibly professional, kind, and personable throughout the entire process. When I returned the truck, he was still working on his own, and maintained a great attitude. Excellent experience thanks to Colin!

Absolutely terrible experience. From the pot smoking family with toddlers in the parking lot, to the ridiculously long line inside, awful. I rented a trailer so I had a hitch and ball ready. When it was attached to my truck it was entangled by other trailers because they were just piled to the side. The employee had to come back and move 3 or 4 trailers from around and off of mine for us to be able to leave. This experience took 45+ minutes. Never use this company.

The attendant at check in was very thorough and helpful. When I brought the trailer back for drop off, the female employee behind the counter was not at all, not even intellectually or even tried to find my info as if a helpful thought would have chipped a fingernail extension. Over all it is a great location.

I had a great experience with the general manager and his team. They were really awesome and had positive attitudes. I would rate them 5 * for excellence.
