Everything was great with customer service!!! I wish I could remember everyone's name but I o ly remember Wes name. He was so nice and helpful. The day before I went to actually get the rental, I was helped by 2 african American ladies. I think they both had braids. I also interacted with a young Caucasian male. I describe them because I would hope you would be able to see what day I came and give them recognition also. All of them were extremely nice and helpful. Wes stuck out because he actually showed me the uhauls but all 4 of them were for sure awesome when it comes to customer service! E…

U-Haul Florence – Misleading Pricing The advertised $19.95 truck rental sounds great… until you realize that’s not even close to the real price. What they don’t emphasize up front is the $0.99 per mile charge, which adds up extremely fast. By the time you finish a short local move, that “$19.95 rental” can easily turn into a much larger bill. On top of that, the truck was given to me at ¼ tank of gas and I was told to bring it back at the same level. Very disappointed with my experience. The customer service was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. The entire establishment smelled strongly of marijuana, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. What was even more concerning was that management seemed completely unconcerned about his employee behavior and allowed inappropriate conduct to continue without addressing it. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and will not be returning.

Very feral excellent I didn’t have an appointment. I walked through the door to get a truck and was able to get it Stevie. She was great and excellent at what she was doing. Made my experience easy and pleasant. I recommend U-Haul.

It amazes me that I can make a reservation online for an ONE WAY auto transportation. Then I get to the store and manger suddenly doesn’t want to trailer to leave the city. Stating that’s “it’s an in town only trailer” Sir, there is no such thing as an in town only trailer, you just don’t want it to leave. If it is Maybe U-Haul should have an accurate inventory or actually stick to the reservation.
