I used Affordable Movers for two different moves and I had two different experiences. I would definitely recommend them for local moves. They helped us move about 30 mins away. The team of 3 was hard-working and upacked everything in our new home without any issues. I'm not sure I'd recommend them for longer moves despite being less expensive. We then used them for a move from SC to VA and there were quite a few problems. First they were two hours late arriving for packing. We ended up having more stuff than they could fit in one truck, so we told them certain things to leave behind, but they…

We called affordable movers last minute after closing on our home and deciding not to move ourselves. They figured it out to where they could be there the next day.
