The delivery people were on time, respectful of our property, and very kind. They sent an email prior to delivery to confirm the time frame and date of our delivery. We did have the option to decline and choose a different day and time if needed. We got a call 30 minutes prior to them coming to deliver which was very helpful. The company carried all the boxes down to our basement as requested. Highly recommend!

From the moment that my merchandise hit their hands, they were in touch with me, several different ways.. They texted, they left voicemails. And they called to make sure I got all of those. And when they could give me a better delivery time of more exact. They did and even pushed me up ahead of the crowd that day. I don't think you would have to worry about this delivery company. The box was intact and not damaged. The two delivery people brought in our marble heavy sink and put it inside the garage where we needed it. I am excited if they are used again by any company to deliver to my home…

We ordered a deluxe playset that came in four huge and heavy boxes. The delivery techs and driver were professional and polite and moved all 4 boxes around our home and into the back yard! Thank you!
