I wish I could give this company five stars, but for the price we paid, I expected much better service. The three movers who actually worked were professional and worked hard throughout the job. Unfortunately, I still don’t understand why we were charged for a four-person crew when one individual spent much of the time standing around vaping rather than helping with the move. What is most disappointing is that after paying $1,600 for movers, I still had to rent a U-Haul and make multiple trips myself. Mike and Alex with their co workers made a difficult job an excellent experience! Moving a large number of tenants from an old apartment to a newly built apartment brought tears of happiness for tenants!
