Anthony and Rawhide were so helpful with the entire moving process. They were personable and kind and took great care with wrapping and transferring my furniture from my current apartment to my new one. I have never used a moving company before, so I was a bit anxious about having strangers in my home and having someone else transport my items, but these two were very kind and personable young men. Malcolm and Mason did an outstanding job with the move-in. They went above and beyond, remained friendly, helpful, and strong throughout, and maintained a positive attitude from start to finish. That said, the two movers who initially came to remove everything for the flooring work were a mixed experience. One performed very well, but the other was extremely careless. He tossed one power cord for my $10,000 electric sofa into the bathroom and threw the other out onto the deck. It rained during that time, and we didn’t reconnect the sofa until the next day after the floors were finished. We cou…

It was easy to arrange the move - online estimate was helpful and accurate. The ability to track the truck to and from the move was really beneficial. The crew (Joseph, Keenan, and Zach) did an excellent job. They were hard workers, organized, professional, polite, friendly - and very careful with handling all of the items in the move. They worked fast, too - very efficient! After they had everything in they asked if we needed anything moved to a different spot before they left. Sheryl, Keenan, and Tyzeli were marvelous. They are great trainers for the two trainees they had with them. The loading and unloading were handled with great efficiency. Every piece of furniture was protected. During the placement of furniture they handled the "maybe here would be better" with a smile and laughter.
