This is my third time to use Secured Moving. It starts off with great communication and ends with a great moving experience. I have done small jobs moving appliances to moving an entire residence. They guys that do the hard work are polite, courteous and work with care. Thanks Karim for the job well done!

Alante, Andrew, and Alex helped me move from Sioux Falls to Rapid. Their communication was great leading up to the move. They were very fast but also took the time to wrap everything. If anyone is moving, I will absolutely refer them to Secured Moving Co. They had the best price by far with no hidden fees like multiple other quotes I’d received. Karim’s team is great!

This was a truly negative moving experience. They caused damage and stains on my couch, then sent someone to repair it who did almost nothing and actually made the couch look worse. When I called to address the issue, Karim hung up on me. He also called me “disobedient” and “emotional,” which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should ever be spoken to that way. I would not use this company again.

Absolutely wonderful service!!!! Above and beyond!!! I was desperate to find someone to help me move into a 3rd floor apartment with NO elevator!!! So so kind.
