*^^*^^Update********I attempted to do what Marie stated in her response and again was stonewalled by the guy “Ace” who states that I have a balance on my account still and they will not process our claim until the balance is paid. We have a statement showing a zero balance and we were never contacted by the company to pay any additional fees for the move. When asked to speak to someone to help resolve this matter and get our claims processed they stated not until you pay your balance. Chattanooga location - I would give zero stars if it were possible. I was the second move of the day and understood they wouldn’t know an exact time to give me. The office knew I had an in person meeting at 6 pm and needed to be wrapped up by 4:30. They said it was all in the notes. I waited around all day and called several people in the office during my wait. At 4:30 I received a call from the guys saying they were going to pick up a third person before coming my way. I utilized All My Sons for a recent move. I cannot praise this organization enough! From the start, I was assigned a knowledgeable and professional coordinator, Cindy H. Between securing their services and the move date, Lacey reached out to ensure I had all of the pertinent information needed. The crew, consisting of Bryson D., Tyler S., Luis M. and Greg, did an excellent job. They clearly communicated their timing, treated my home and possessions with the utmost care and were extremely friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Kudos to All My Sons!

I called Saturday night to book a move for Sunday. I paid a deposit and was quoted $265 for the move for an hour of time. Sunday morning…no call or confirmation during the scheduled time. I had to call 4 different numbers to reach someone. I was told that my move wasn’t confirmed and that a crew could be at my home in an hour. The rep then started speaking fast about all the charges for materials and other things. The price kept going up. I called All my son’s needing a last minute move on a holiday. Not only were they one of the most affordable moving companies, their mover, Walter, was absolutely wonderful! He kept me informed of the entire process, was very professional, courteous, fast and careful with belongings. Would definitely not hesitate to use again!
