  Unfair charges, broken items, and zero accountability I had a deeply disappointing experience with Bellhop Movers, and I strongly caution anyone considering them. I paid for three movers, but only two showed up on time. The third mover arrived two hours late, which naturally slowed the entire move down. Despite this being entirely their fault, Bellhop still charged me for a total of six hours, double the time of what was originally estimated as a three hour move.   Excellent move today. They were very prompt and did not waste any time at all. They loaded and unloaded the truck quickly and handled all my items with care. The movers were all extremely nice and polite and very professional. I would definitely use this moving company again and would highly recommend them too.

  The service was exceptional! They were polite, handled the furniture with care, they were fast and finished in record time. I will recommend your company to everyone I know. Just recommended you to my daughter who has a move coming up in a couple of months. Wanted to tip the movers, but they finished before I got to the destination. How can I correct that?   I’ve done business with Bellhop in the past and it was great. Apparently, moves are now brokered, and it was a nightmare. You also cannot speak with anyone in customer service if you have an issue — you are forced to talk to an AI answering service and then a “support ticket” is issued before someone calls you back. Both of my moving teams (loading and unloading) were very kind and helpful, which is the only reason I’m even giving 2 stars.   The best unloading experience ive ever had. Thank you guys. The crew arrived on time and were professional, kind and respectful. Careful with our belongings and fast! Unloaded our 2 bedroom pod in 45 mins. We numbered every box and what room it went in. Then I stayed at the pod and told them which room each box went into. Very efficient. My one feedback for the crew is to have better communication exactly when they arrive, bellhop gives a 1 hour window (8-9) and we didnt know when they would arrive until they were there. We were in a hotel so i needed to run over to meet them. But that didn…
