However, the estimate I received elsewhere was much higher than expected, so I decided to do some research and give River City Movers a call. Jackson was the first person I spoke with, and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain their services, provide a realistic estimate, and answer all of my questions. Melissa, David, and Rod provided absolutely amazing service from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and handled everything with great care and attention to detail. The team made the moving process smooth and far less stressful than expected, showing up on time and working hard the entire time. Their positive attitudes and teamwork really stood out. River City Movers handled one of our military shipments to go overseas this summer. Sonia was amazing for coordination and communication. Tracey and Jermy arrived to pack and load our small shipment. They were polite and professional and took good care of our important belongings. Moving is inherently stressful, but this packout was as great an experience as it could be!
