We moved up to Johnson City from Tampa, Fl at the end of March. My husband drove the moving truck up but we needed professionals to unload it for us. Highland Moving Company was definitely professional. Dylan, Christian, and John (sorry if not spelled correctly or if I didn't even get all the names right!) were excellent. They were so respectful, patient, and kind. They really made us feel welcome to the area. I highly recommend Highland Moving Company and will definitely call them again if we need their services.

Quote experience was very easy, they showed up on time, everything was packed properly and they finished in the estimated time. One star off for the issue below: My only issue is the quote did not mention they count time to and from the pickup and drop off locations. My quote was for 3.5 hours, they finished after 3 hours and 15 minutes. Was charged 42 additional minutes worth of labor for additional travel time. This should be stated clearly on the quote in my opinion.

The team was top‑notch from start to finish. They met us at our storage unit, loaded everything onto their truck, and then unloaded it at our new home with care and efficiency. Dylan and his team packed, moved and unpacked my 5,000 sqft home belongings from TN to FL, they were profesional, reliable and courteous. They lived up to all their promises and did a very good job for us. I really appreciate them.
