Practically the only positive thing I can say about All My Sons Moving is that the individual movers themselves were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, beyond that, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I scheduled my move more than a month in advance and was told by one of the owners that I would receive a call from the movers around 11:00 a.m. on moving day to confirm their arrival time. I was also told by at least three different employees that the movers would arrive no later than 2:00–3:00 p.m. I specifically chose All My Sons because I had an event that…

Edit to add photos and bc they had the audacity to send me a message trying to solicit me to “finish the job” This is what 3 men, 2.25 hours (I was told, still haven’t received a final invoice) and over $600 will get you moved. The wall pic, pillows and towels not included in the move, they were already in the residence. There was also NO assembly or placement of large items per my request as I did not want any more time or money wasted. I did all of that myself. One photo also shows a bag of men’s clothes that was for some reason ripped open and tossed into a completely different location fro…

We got a call the day of the move that our team was sick and they would be late. No big deal. We were set between 8 and 10 and they showed a little after 1. When we called, we had mentioned we would likely need 3 people for the job- the Booker said no 2 will be sufficient by description. The movers seemed nice enough, but clearly overworked. They didnt finish til after 11pm at night- worked the whole time. In addition they have to call at like 7am the next day to ask you to review them. We reached out to the company after the move, to see if they would fix anything, but have not heard back.…

Aaron Patrick and Michael Stover were Angels the day of our move. They did exactly what we asked. They moved it as fast as they could regardless of us being in 105° weather with the heat index of 111. I felt so sorry for those guys, not that they needed any help but the company should have made sure that they had an extra pair of hands due to the heatwave. There were several times I thought one or the other was going to pass out from the heat but they drink some water and keep on moving. I was super impressed with the guys. They were friendly, but not overly friendly. They did everything we ha…

Update: After I posted the following review customer service reached out to me. I was offered a small reimbursement due to the miscommunication. Original complaint: Nothing but hidden fees. It was horrible the amount of money they charge. Everytime we talked to someone it ended up costing more money. They quoted me 219 an hour for three person team. Then said oops its suppose to be 229. Offered a 10% discount and then didn't put it on any of the paperwork. The movers showed up and it was more hidden fees. They charge an hour just drive to you no matter how close or far. They also charge you a…
