This was a local move. Out of an apartment and into a home. We had moved most of our items, but it was time to get some of the bigger, heavier furniture pieces and we definitely needed the help! The communication between myself and everyone at their office and the driver was great. Phil and Avante were the ones to move everything, and they were clean, courteous, and professional. I was reading online how they charge by the hour plus travel time. When my mom called to get a price they told her they charge by the piece. At first they quoted her $4,800, they got it down to $2,100 because of her senior discount and military discount. When they called for the final item count they said that there was a few items that they wouldn't take not unless they charged and the price would have went back up to $3,200.
