Excellent experience! Arrived right on time and were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They brought in and installed my washing machine quickly and carefully, making sure everything was done correctly and smoothly. im pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews are either friends or family, or FAKE. because i have NEVER dealt with a more difficult company. i booked with them and never received a confirmation. i repeatedly text him to make sure it was confirmed and never got a reply. so i cancelled. if i cant confirm an appointment why would i sit around waiting when i could book with someone i KNOW is coming. he kept telling me about these policies they have for customers and i asked him if the policies were on the website.
