Bellhop contracted out two movers from Crossroads, Michael and Stephen, for my move. I was very happy with Michael and Stephen! They were incredibly attentive to all of our furniture and made sure to wrap every big item in moving pads and carefully move them with dollies. The guys were so helpful and kind! Thanks Michael and Stephen!

I wish 0 stars was an option! Almost every piece of furniture was damaged because the movers did not use furniture pads. We had over 40 furniture pads available for them to use. They also stacked heavy boxes on top of boxes clearly labeled fragile and were damaged. Bellhop damaged 9 pieces of furniture due to how the movers packed our furniture and after submitting a claim, they offered me $87 for the damages. Do not use them if you care how your belongings are treated/handled. I spoke with support a couple days ago and still have not received a call back.

Absolute nightmare, broke so many things. They showed up 24 hours later for delivery so we had to spend the night on the floor with no furniture. Even my newborns crib was packed up in the truck. Would never recommend this company to anyone

Amazing job! Professional courteous handled all of our furniture and fragile items with care and attention to detail. We will definitely hire them again!! And they were very fast too!

Stay away. I paid for professional movers. This is anything but. Bellhop isn't a moving company. They find 3rd party "movers". No moving blankets. No moving bins. Only Dollies. Super inefficient and slow. A simple apartment move 7 blocks took them 9 hours. I even paid to add two extra guys to speed it along. There is no one to call just an ai assistance and someone who calls you back from overseas. I've moved many times and this was the worst. Stay away. after prominsing an answer in 7-10 days. cricketsw a month later. and now it is on to litigtion.
