The movers moved me on Sunday morning May 31, 2026 and let me just say that Mike, Malik & Allen were amazing! Mike led the crew while Malik & Allen did whatever it took to get the job done. Had a very disappointing experience with Master Movers. What was supposed to be an easy, straightforward small home move by professionals turned into an extremely stressful, 10-hour long day of stress (with me having to assist) resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage due to negligence, and a $600 Xbox "missing" (stolen). For context, one of the original two movers walked off of the job unexpectedly after 2 hours. The remaining worker recruited two others to help and said that they had been approved by the Manager. A truly wonderful experience. The guys showed up and were incredibly respectful and moved things quickly and efficiently. We had to clean out my storage unit which was no task for the weak and they absolutely smashed it out of the park. No broken boxes or furniture, and helped me figure out where to stage the boxes for unpacking later. If I ever need movers again I know who I’ll be calling!

Had a great experience with Master Movers. Chris, Bubba, and Devon were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made the whole move way less stressful. Highly recommend this crew!

Jennifer and her staff talked with me over a week setting delivery up for tomorrow. I sent pictures, I made it plain there were 19 steps and then they canceled on me the day before. It was imperative the piano is moved tomorrow and now I'm back at square one with no one to move the piano because of their staff's inability to do their job professionally. They offered no help or solutions. Their only objective was to get out of the job less than 24 hours. They wasted mine time so beware they will waste your time.
