The A/C on the truck worked very well; however, on two occasions it stopped blowing cold air when truck was left idling for a few minutes. Customer service was excellent!! All employees were attentive, and checking out and checking in was exceptional.

Kobe is amazing. Such a great employee and wonderful customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. This was my best experience dealing with uhaul and he is the reason.

Every person I've come across here has been really friendly. They were extremely helpful also showing me how find my unit as well as use the doors. I would definitely recommend if you need to move or store things. Might want to move on it too, they fill up quickly.

I was trying to help a woman who have been abused by her boyfriend, and she desperately needed to move her things out. We called a U-Haul facility in N. Arlington to see if they had a van available to rent. On the phone, they told us they did not have one that wasn't already reserved. They recommended we called the facility on Division. So we did. We called Division, and asked the same question. And they assured us, "Yes! We do have a van for rent if you walk in. No reservation is needed." So we drove to the location on Division to rent a van. Be careful of this place. The young lady never mention the email with walk around instructions and sign off, just gave me the keys and told me where the truck was. Ling story short, it had less gas than what they said and they charged me for it.
