Unicorn Moving handled an extremely difficult downsizing and extraction move for me with professionalism, patience, and exceptional care. This was not a simple apartment move. I was transitioning from a temporary RV living situation, consolidating storage units, downsizing years of accumulated belongings, and moving into a 1BR apartment. From all the moves I’ve had, this was by far the best experience. The team was extremely professional and handled everything with care while working efficiently. I truly felt that every dollar I spent was worth it. I did a lot of research and narrowed it down to two companies, but what really stood out about this one was that they sent a crew of three instead of the usual two. That extra person made a huge difference and made the whole move much faster and more efficient. Overall, 10/10. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a great moving company and we found one: Unicorn Moving. The estimator came to our house; communication up to and during the move was great. The moving crew was on time, and each member was courteous, caring, and efficient. They made it look easy. They actually beat the time that the estimator provided and did it all with a smile. Another fantastic moving experience with Unicorn Moving & Storage. I had two moves (out of sold house, into new house) with storage being used for 10 days in between moves. Steve, Juan, and Tyler did a great job of getting us moved from storage with Unicorn and into our new home. They were able to work the schedule so that I could do the move immediately after closing. The guys had great attitudes and added humor to the process. I highly recommend Unicorn Moving & Storage.

I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company from start to finish. About 36 hours before my scheduled move, the company called to tell me they had not realized I lived in Dallas and would not be able to arrive until between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. This was despite the fact that I had booked the move two weeks in advance, provided my address, and signed a contract confirming an arrival window of 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Based on that agreement, I had reserved my building’s freight elevator from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and it was fully booked for the remainder of the day, so reschedul…
