The moving process with Phoenix Express could not possibly have been better. They communicated clearly, their packing team was amazing, and the movers were the best I have ever had. The entire team was polite, prompt, and worked incredibly efficiently. They took care with every single item, navigated tricky staircases, and meticulously disassembled and reassembled our furniture. And the value for the service was incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone having as good an experience as we did - thank you all so much.

Phoenix Moving is incredible. When I was searching for a moving company (I have never used one before), they were the only ones who didn’t constantly contact me after our initial conversation, and I felt absolutely no pressure from them. I cannot give Beau and his team of movers enough praise. We had a full 4 bedroom home in Haslet and needed it all moved to Mansfield. Although I did not need his packers, it was nice to know that they offer that option for such a reasonable price. They quoted a price that I felt was quite fair for the move, but at the end of the day they advised me that they took one hour less than the quote and they refunded me for that time. My move went very well. The process started on the right foot with a personal visit from Manuela to assess the job and create an accurate estimate. On moving day, the crew called in advance and arrived on time. They handled my belongings with care and met me at the new location with no delay. The whole job was handled professionally and the crew finished in less time than estimated. I would definitely use Phoenix Express again.

I had the most wonderful move last month. The packing girls were so sure everything was wrapped before boxing and wrote in detail what each box contained. The movers were very knowledgeable. Wrapped all items and furniture and took good care of everything. They were dressed professional and acted the same. Very pleasant crew. I don’t want to move again but if I do they will be first person I call! I highly recommend them for your next move.
