I used this company for a second time with trust. Not sure if management has changed, as I spoke to a different owner. During the move, they damaged my dining table and wall. They initially said they would return to fix it but kept rescheduling. When I followed up, the owner asked for photos and said someone would come on Sunday or Monday. After I sent the pictures, I never heard back. In the end, I had to handle the repairs myself. If they had been upfront, this could have been avoided. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

I cannot recommend this moving company enough. I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment in North Richland Hills to a single family home in North Fort Worth (Saginaw area). The professionalism of these movers is unmatched. The owner took the time to talk me through the move ahead of time including tips for packing and preparing for the day of the move. The estimate provided was clear, and reasonable and even included contingencies like if additional time is required and potential delays while traveling to the new address. The stress that comes with moving is crazy! Not when you have movers who are not only professional but also thorough with what they do and how they move your personal belongings. They are also affordable!! Kendrick was super professional with the way he handles business and made my move in process go a smooth as possible. He even assembled a pice of furniture for me! We had a great move with Secured Moving Company! They were very careful with all of our belongings. We had a LOT of stuff to move and needed to stop at a few different locations; for them, it was no problem! They were efficient, polite, & hard working. Will definitely be repeat customers when it’s time for us to move again!

Had these people move me out of Sioux Falls South Dakota and they were absolutely TERRIBLE they broke almost EVERYTHING I OWN!!! More than likely will be filling a suit against these people considering ALL MY STUFF IS DAMAGED OR TOTALLY BROKEN!!!! 😡
