We had a wonderful experience with Tough Guys Moving from the ladies in the office to the gentlemen who moved our belongings. They were kind enough to reschedule our move to the next day due to rain and the ladies that helped us were kind, understanding, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. The men who came were respectful, diligent, and careful with our belongings. It was impressive to watch them maneuver large items in and out of tight spaces with care and attention to never ding a wall. Cant recommend them enough! Thank you Tough Guys

I was really pleased with the service provided. The intake process was the most efficient out of the several quotes I got and the price was very reasonable. The two men they sent were strong, capable, and professional. I moved third floor to third floor and they made it a breeze. Would definitely use for my next move.

I was just moved yesterday and hands down it went smoothly and effortlessly because of the wonderful staff of tough guys movers. Jared and Chris were wonderful. The packing and moving was expertly carried out. The communication between the company and myself was fantastic and made the move better then expected.i will definitely use tough guys for my next move!

We moved from one side of Lubbock to the other side and it was a great experience! Tyler and I believe the other gentleman’s name was Isaiah were great! They showed up on time and worked at a great pace and were very careful with our furniture as well as boxes. They were very respectful and were a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend using this company. After getting quotes from about 4 or 5 other companies locally we decided to go with tough guys on a recommendation from a coworker and I’m very happy we did! A great company to work with and I highly recommend using their service!

Awful experience, they delayed me and almost made it so i had no help upon my arrival to my new house. They forced me to remove my towed car all by myself. Im not strong and didnt have time to eat before or during my six hour trip due to their delays. They smoked cigarettes in my face, left items inside the house. And they fought amongst each other and stopped to do so in bedrooms. I had to manage them and tell them to get back to work, im a manager i should not have to work while receiving a service.
