I love the business model of this company, movers are employees which gives you a new level of customer service. I was not disappointed at all with my 2 man crew that arrived. The location I was leaving had challenges but not a peep of frustration was had. I actually enjoyed the fact my movers played music the whole move, it got me moving and grooving as well.
