Very unprofessional company to work with and will Ripped you off with sending only TWO people and charged you extra for material that they supposed to provide. I called to schedule and told them the items were needed to be moved and even called them again in the morning to add some more small stuff and boxes to make sure they have enough people. Havi, the owner he sent only TWO PEOPLE and it took them 8 HOURS!! To move 3 bedrooms to one story house and 17 minutes apart distance! The team was so nice, accommodating, and efficient. I was happy with their service which is why i’d give them three stars. However, everything else was not up to par. They definitely have ‘hidden fees’ which i asked specifically about. I was quoted a job that would cost $500 (tops) and charged $800. Last minute they added another person, increasing my hourly rate. (Meaning increasing my tip) Last minute they charged a fuel cost and travel cost, two separate charges. San Antonio AMS From the beginning, All My Sons was on top of things—answering all my questions. Every person that I talked to was helpful and went out of their way to help me get prepared for my move. Chris was my go to guy leading up to the move. He had me take pics of all I was moving and was able to tell me I was going to need another truck 🤦♀️. He was so right! He even took calls from me when he had the weekend off. After getting several bids for over a month, I decided to go with All My Sons Moving company. One reason I decided to go with them because I am a supporter of the UTSA Road Runners football organization and All My Sons are a sponsor for the road runners. I negotiated a good price And they also looked at my budget and gave me advice to save money by purchasing my own moving and packing material which was a huge savings. Brandon and John were a fantastic moving team. They called and let us know they had arrived (early), were friendly and professional. Brandon explained their process and charges clearly. They worked efficiently and had our moving truck unloaded in less than 2 hours. They were careful and caused no damage to our belongings or walls/doorways.
